CDPE designation, Sept. 2009
Understanding the process and being able to help as a Certified Distressed Property Expert. I took this course to be able to help not only sellers who are in distress over their hardships, but to be able to help buyers understand the other side of real estate. Communication with the right people at the right time is such a premium.

CRS listing course, July 2008

Review o f own personal practices as a listing agent, seeing if there are practices that are recommending for proper marketing that I am not already doing.

CRS course designed to focus on market place conditions and statistical analysis of the market place. This course was instrumental for me to understand the 2007 market adjustments.

CRS training and certification since 2002
Attending CRS convention 2 years and taking at least a course a year since certification. This designation, affiliated with the National Association of Realtors, is the highest professional designation awarded to Realtors in the residential field. Fewer than 5% of all Realtors hold this designation. I have made a personal commitment to either attend the CRS convention or RE/MAX convention for not only network concerns but to learn from the best.

On line course accredited with National Association of Realtors approved course enabling me the knowledge and skill to advertise and promote my listings. Member of Cyberstars society for many years.

Designed to educate the Realtor in Buyers Agency, what the duties the Realtor is responsible for.

I was honored to speak to the Academy of personal motivation and passion in the cycles of life. Also was awarded 5/50 Award numerous times through the years.. This course trained me in listening skills, salesmanship and striving to hit my goals.

Platinum level of Achievement in the RE/MAX award system, 2004
This award is for agents who have shown a successful campaign of over $250,000 in gross sales commission earned. I received this award 2 years ago, and it is awarded to only the top 5% of all RE/MAX agents.

100% Award The next level of awards at RE/MAX
This award is for agents who have earned 100,000-249,999 of earning in a calendar year. Last year only the top 25% of all RE/MAX agents received this award. I have earned this award since I arrived at RE/MAX.

At the time, the highest achievement the company had earning it 4 years in a row.

2004 Highest Commission Sales at General Nutrition Sales for part time employee, 1985

Union Oil Company of California
I was the lead accountant for Union Oil Accounting in the Property Accounting Department. My job was to prepare the accounting statements for sales and purchases in the entire Western Region. I was the lead accountant for the Alaskan Pipeline, which was the largest expenditure at Union Oil Co.
