Metro Chicago Housing Report-RE/MAX for March

Things were looking a bit more positive in the Chicagoland Housing Report by the Associated Press for March of 2010.

Inventories are up a bit, but supply of inventory is unchanged. Number of transactions this month was 6368 units, which is up by 43.46%. Please note that the Median price is up for the past month but still down slightly from last year. I think the messge is that the market is getting stronger, as is the economy.
