Where do I start? I put my Mother's home for sale today and I remember all the cherished memories of my family every time I walk in the house located in Pioneer Park Subdivision. Lovingly cared for through the years, my parents established themselves here for over 40 years. This youngish couple bought the home and added a family room and 2 1/2 car garage to make their lifestyle for the family the best, and it was. Walking distance to the private school, Our Lady of the Wayside, then later we went to South Middle School, which has recently been rebuilt. 3 blocks away is dual pooled Pioneer Park with it's community center which offered us so many exercise classes, tennis lessons and swimming lessons to improve our character. Oh, we were a part of the community for many years.

My sister and I shared one room which at one time held easily, 2 beds, 2 desks, and 2 dressers with a double door closet.  Currently the 3rd bedroom has plenty of room to spare with a king sized bed, double door closet, dresser and night stand. The fourth room was in the past used as a nursery, tv room before the addition and finally became a home office.

What's great about this house? No worries! Furnace and air have been updated, electrical panel updated, new hot water heater, newer archectural roof and a dry basement for your dreams. This past summer, we replaced the window wells on the exterior and added covers.

Additionally, I can tell you that living within a mile of town and to the train was great! Northwest Community Hospital is just down the street and has grown to have a great Wellness Center for working out.
